The challenging goals of EUbOPEN can only be reached by interacting with the scientific community with the aim of establishing a global network of open science efforts, working towards the generation of a resource for high-quality, small molecule modulators for most proteins in the human genome. We will strive to develop new technologies to speed up the process of generating lead compounds from fragment-based screening approaches and tissue assays, in particular for organoids and immune oncology. EUbOPEN is looking to connect with academic labs, industrial partners and SMEs as well as complementary initiatives around the world.
Types of collaborations include:
- Donating Chemical Probes
- Developing Chemical Probes by participating in Target2035, the effort to deliver a tool for every human protein by 2035
- Using the Diamond XChem Fragment Screening Facility
